At GMRTrade, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms outlined below:

Discounted Products

All items bought during promotional sales or at discounted prices are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please review your order carefully during such offers. If you have any concerns, our support team is always here to assist you.

For select orders, based on total value or customer history, we may request an advance payment of 5-10% or the delivery fee in advance via Bkash or Nagad.

Return Eligibility
